THE ROTARY CLUB OF HARLOW TYE -
Well done Kat & Jeff.!!!! They abseiled from the Church Langley Water Tower (all 110ft of it) on Sunday 4th May. They enjoyed the experience and even had a chat on the way down. They both said that climbing the 134 steps (part spiral staircase, part ladder) was worse than the abseil itself. An early estimate is that they have raised between £800/£850 for CALM. Thank you to everyone who sponsored them
Thank you to everyone who volunteered at the Charity Car Park and to everyone who parked there and made a donation to our funds. We raised £450 after expenses.
Another of our popular Quiz Nights raised £500 for the CALM Centre. Thank you to everyone who packed the hall on the evening. Our quizmaster, Jody, put together a satisfying mix of challenging and easier questions to stretch us all and, at times, raised gales of laughter. Keep your eyes open for details of the next Quiz.
