A member of the CALM Centre Steering Group identified a need for a support group of some kind for the  Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender community in Harlow. The CALM Centre sourced funding to start a new user-led steering group: -  the Lesbian,Gay, Bisexual,Transgender (LGBT) Steering Group.  The LGBT group have been meeting for nearly a year and have now renamed the group as Harlow Proud2b.

 

This relatively new group have planned an ‘Awareness Week’ running from Saturday 1st December 2007 to Friday 7th December 2007. This is your opportunity to help contribute to the aims and objectives of the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual & Transgender Network in Harlow.

 

An anonymous questionnaire has been put together to help identify any gaps in services and help prioritise areas of concern for the LGBT community, their friends and their families.
